Richard "Rich" Wason is the President and Chief Executive Officer of The LYMEE Agency, LLC. Rich is a​ family man who loves helping others and serving in his community and local surroundings areas. He has served as the Head Trustee and Cabinet for Mt Calvary AME Church in Baltimore and volunteers with local Special Olympics, since 1998. Rich is licensed in Property & Casualty, Life and Health Insurance with over 18 years of financial services as his background. It was his interest in Banking and Insurance that led him to pursue his studies in Finance and Industrial Psychology at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ. As an Independent Agent to Fortune 500 companies, Rich has been fortunate to be a part of great companies where he has culminated his business acumen. In 2020, Rich decided to form The LYMEE Agency, LLC by following his passion, purpose and pursuit of helping individuals, families & businesses get the best coverage, better retirement income and funding capital for their companies with minimal expenses and fees. He believes in empowering women in his organization with that said, he wants to make sure they are leaders.
